This Indenture, Made this 20th day of Sept A.D. 1909, between
C.W. and Ida M. Bauknight of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, parties of the first part, and Robt Dixon of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have remised, released and quit claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit:
Commencing East of the A.C.L. Ry right of way on the
line of the North East Quarter of section six (6) Township
Eleven (11) range Eighteen (18) and run East 210 feet thence
south 420 feet thence West 210 feet. thence North 420 feet
in section six (6) Township Eleven (11) range Eighteen (18)
containing two (2) acres more or less To have and to hold
the same, together with all and singular the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto apper-
taining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said parties of the first part, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said party of the second part, his heirs and ass-
igns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said partie of the first part have
hereunto set our hands and seals the day and year first
above written.
