I Hereby Certify, That on this first day of June A.D.
1912, before me the undersigned authority, personally
appeared Perry Thomas and Milley Thomas his wife,
known to me to be the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument and severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and the
the said Milly Thomas the wife of the said Perry
Thomas on an examination taken and made separately
and apart from her husband, acknowledged that she
made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing her dower and rights of
dower and conveying her separate estate in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments herein described
and thereby granted and released, and that she ex-
ecuted said deed freely and voluntarily, and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
