This Indenture, Made this 31st day of May A.D. 1912,
between J.M. Graham and Henrietta M. Graham, his
wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and H.A. Pickett and J.R. Fowler of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the sec-
ond part. Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty-
Five and 76/100 Dollars, in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said parties of the second part, and their
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said parties of the first part
