have in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, to-wit:  Begin at the South east corner
of Block Three (3), Range One (1), Original Survey of
Gainesville, run North Ninety (90) Feet; West One hundred
Twenty (120) Feet; South Ninety (90) Feet; East One
hundred Twenty (120) Feet to point of beginning; same
being in the south east corner of Block Three (3), Range
One (1), Original Survey of Gainesville, Florida, in Section
Five (5), Township Ten (10), South, Range Twenty (20) East.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and 
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hand and seal the day and
year first above written.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 31st day of May, 1912,
before me, personally appeared J.M. Graham and Hen-
rietta M. Graham, his wife, to me known to be the
persons described in, and who executed the foregoing
instrument, and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned; and the said Henrietta
M. Graham, the wife of the said J.M. Graham, on
and examination taken and made separately and part
from her said husband, did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to said deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower,
in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
