This Indenture, Made this 28th day of May A.D. 1912,
between J.M. Fennell & Nellie R. Fennell his wife of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and H.A. Pickett & J.R. Fowler of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the second
part. Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten & no 100 Dollars,
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt where of is hereby acknowledge, have remised, re-
leased and quit-claimed, and by these presents do re-
mise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties
of the second part, and their heirs and assigns for-
ever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said parties of the first part have in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to wit: begin at the south east corner of Block Three (3),
range one (1) Original survey of Gainesville run North
Ninety (90) Feet; West one hundred twenty (120) Feet; South
Ninety (90) Feet; East one hundred twenty (120) Feet; to
point of beginning; same being in the south east

of Gainesville, Florida, in section five (5) Township Ten
(10) south, range Twenty (20) East To have and to
hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise there-
