This Indenture, Made this 2nd day of Dec A.D. 1911,
between Mrs M.R. Shuford of the County of and State
of Florida party of the first part, and C.M. Collins
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever.
All the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said party of the first part have in and to the fol-
lowing described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit:
Two acres of land lying in Fish prairie in the North
east corner of sec 31 in Tp 11 south of range 21 east
being 2 7/9 chains wide and bounded on west by land
of J.H. Bradley on south by land of C.M. Collins
& on East and North by section line & being a part
of the W.T. Shuford land To have and to hold the
same, together with all and singular the appurten-
nances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part
has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and
year first above written.
