before me, A Notary Public for the State of Florida
at large personally appeared Mrs. M.R. Shuford, a 
widow to me known to be the person described in,
and who executed the foregoing instrument, and ack-
nowledged the execution thereof to be her free act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
Witness my hand and seal at Lakeland Florida the
date aforesaid.

This Indenture, Made this 29th day of May A.D. 1912,
Between Susie Kennard wife of J.B. Kennard of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part,
and F.B. Stephens of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Five hundred fifty Dollars, to us in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the
said party of the second part and our heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida 
in Town of Waldo more particularly described as follows:
Lot (1) Block 27 which said lot has a frontage of Fifty
two & 8/10 feet on Alachua Street which bounds it on the
southeast and also a frontage of one hundred feet
on Cole Street which bounds it on the Northeast also
fractional part of lot (2) in Block 27 being 10 feet
front on Alachua street on the Northeast side of said
Lot (2) and 100 feet deep parallel to and adjoining
Lot number one of said Block Together with all the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with every
privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and
