granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto her the said Trixie R. Ellis, all that
certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated,
lying and being in the County of Alachua, State
of Florida, particularly known and described
as follows, to-wit:
The south half of lot eight, of southeast fractional
quarter of section nine, township eight, range eight-
een east; and south half of North east quarter
of south east quarter of section nine, township eight,
range eighteen east, except about seven and a half
acres lying on the south side of the public road;
and also the south west quarter of the south west
quarter of section ten, township eight, range eighteen
east, except about five-eights acre in the south west
corner on south side of public road, containing by
estimation eighty seven acres of land, more or less.
(The above described property is conveyed subject
to a deed of trust against the same, made by
and between A.J. Terrell and V.A. Terrell,
parties of the first part, and T.R. Ellis, party
of the second part, dated the first day of January,
nineteen hundred and ten, and recorded in the
- court, D.B. 78 page 418, for the sum of twelve
hundred and seventy-five dollars, which said sum
with interest thereon from the first day of January
nineteen hundred and ten, remains unpaid, and the
aforesaid grantee hereby agrees to assure and pay
the same as part of the considerations of this conveyance.)
Together with all and singular the tenements, hered-
itaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging,
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the same unto her the said T.R. Ellis, and to
her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
in fee simple absolute, and they, the said A.J.
Terrell and Mrs. V.A. Terrell, do hereby coven-
ant and agree to and with the said Trixie R.
Ellis that they are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and
