of the United States of America, to him in hand paid, at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
by the party of the second part, the receipt where of is
hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part hereto, as
aforesaid, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of
the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever,
all that certain lot, tract and parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, known and described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at North West corner of Lot Twenty (20) Oak Hall
Plat, run East Fifty feet, south one hundred (100) feet,
West Fifty (50), North one hundred (100) feet to begin-
ning same being in Section Five (5) Township Ten (10) S
Range Twenty (20) East Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the same, the above-described and hereby-granted premises,
with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, to their own proper
use, benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of
the first part doth hereby covenant to and with the
said party of the second part, their heirs and ass-
igns, that in all things in and about said sale and
and this conveyance he hath conformed to the orders
of the Court and the Statutes in such case made and
provided.

has hereunto set his hand and seal on this the
