year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve
between J.S. Clark (Single) of The County of Volusia and
State of Florida of The first part and T.C. Holden of
Alachua County, State of Florida. of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receive Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns, forever, all that lot, piece or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, described as follows:

remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits
