This deed made this 6th day of February, 1912,
between J.C. Bishop, Trustee, of Alachua, Floridia,
and A.J. Terrell, of New Canton, Buckingham
County, Virginia, parties of the first part, and
Trixie R. Ellis of the State of Florida, County
of Alachua, party of the second part: Witnesseth,
That, Whereas Trixie R. Ellis, and S.J. Ellis, her
husband, in order to secure the said A.J. Terrell
payment of the sum of $ 1,275.00, with six per
cent interest thereon, evidenced by three negotia-
ble notes, dated January, 1st, 1910, being for
425.00 each, with six per cent interest thereon
from date, payable respectively at one, two and
three years after date to the order of the said
A.J. Terrell at the State Bank of Arvonia, Arvonia,
Va., did by deed bearing date of the first day
of January, 1910, recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida on the
4th day of April, 1910, in book of Deed No. 78, on
page 418, convey in trust to the said J.C. Bishop,
Trustee, certain real estate described in the said
deed of trust as follows: "The following real
property, located in the County of Alachua, State
of Florida, to wit: The entire interest of Trixie
