fractional quarter, of section nine, township eight,
range eighteen, east: and the south half of Northeast
quarter, of southeast quarter, of section nine, township
eight, range eighteen east, except about seven and
a half acres lying on south side of the public
road: and the south west quarter of the southwest
quarter of section ten, township eight, range eighteen
east, except about five-eights acres in southwest
corner on south side of public road." And Whereas
the said debt has been fully paid, and said notes
have been cancelled and marked paid, being hereto
attached, and if desired to be recorded herewith as a
part of this deed of release, and the said Trixie R.
Ellis desires to have the said property released from
the said deed of trust. Now, therefore this deed of
release witnesseth, that in consideration of the
sum of one dollar cash in hand paid the said
J.C. Bishop, Trustee, and in consideration of
said payment to said A.J. Terrell, and by and
with the consent of the said A.J. Terrell, benefic-
iary, evidenced by his writing in this deed of release,
the said J.C. Bishop, Trustee doth hereby release unto
the said Trixie R. Ellis, all his claims upon said
property by virtue of said deed of trust: and the
said A.J. Terrell hereby acknowledges payment in full
of the debt secured by said noted and said deed of
trust and hereby releases unto the said Trixie R. Ellis
all his claims upon said property by virtue of said
