my said County and State and acknowledged the due

A.J. Terrell to me well known is the identical per-
son described in and who executed the foregoing deed
of release, and who acknowledged that he executed,
signed, sealed and delivered the said deed of release
for the uses and purposes therein contained and ex-

This Indenture, made this 3rd day of April A.D. 1912,
between Mrs. Cornelia S. Crow and C.R. Crow of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and W.R. Thomas of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of ten dollars, in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and
their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said parties
of the first part have in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, towit:
Lot sixteen (16) of block "B" of W.R. Thomas' Sub-division
of block five (5), Brown's Addition to the City of Gaines-
ville.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and 
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
