This Indenture; made and entered into on this the 15th,
day of May, 1912, By and Between S.H. Rogers Jr., Trus-
tee in Bankruptcy of the estate of John A. Graham;
of Hillsborough County, State of Florida, party of the
first part, and T.M. Jones, Victor H. Knight and Monroe
C. Gaither of Hillsborough County, Florida, parties of the
second part. Whereas on the 17th., day of January, 1912,
the said John A. Graham, filed his petition in bank-
ruptcy, in and by which he scheduled as a portion of
his assets, the hereinafter described property, and where-
as on the 18th, day of January, 1912, the said John
A. Graham was duly adjudicated a bankrupt, and,
Whereas on the 23rd., day of January, 1912, notices were
issued returnable to February 4, 1912, for the first
meeting of the creditors of said bankrupt, and Whereas
at said first meeting the party of the first part was
duly appointed as Trustee of his estate, and qualified as
such trustee by giving a good and sufficient bond, which
bond was approved by the Referee, and, Whereas on the 27th,
day of April, 1912, notices was issued, upon the direct-
ion and instructions of the Court, setting up that the
Trustee would on the 15th., day of May, 1912, sell the
hereinafter described property, and, Whereas on the 15th.,
day of May, 1912, pursuant to notice, and instru-
ctions of the Court, the party of the first part offered
for sale, at public auction, the hereinafter described
property, and that the highest and best bid he could
receive for the same, was offered by T.M. Jones,
Victor H. Knight and Monroe C. Gaither and, Whereas
on the said 15th., day of May, 1912, the said party
of the first part reported the sale hereinbefore mention-
ed, and recommended that the same be confirmed,
and, Whereas on the said 15th., day of May, 1912,
the said Referee in Bankruptcy, entered an order of
confirmation, confirming said sale of the hereinafter
described property, to the parties of the second part,
