and State of Florida. Together with all and singular,
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or appertaining, and every right, title or
interest, legal or equitable of the said party of the
first part, as such Trustee as aforesaid, in and
to the same. To have and to hold the same unto
the said parties of the second part, their heirs, and
assigns, to their own proper use, benefit and behoof
forever.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part
as Trustee in Bankruptcy as aforesaid, has hereunto
