heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, to their
only use, benefit and behoof forever. and I, the said
P.G. Ramsey as such Sheriff, do covenant with the
said J.A. Williams and L.P. Hardee as aforesaid, that
in levying on said execution, and in everything the
same concerning. I have complied with, observed and
obeyed all the rules and regulations in law for execut-
ions, making sales and conveying the same, so far
as the Office of Sheriff and the execution under which
I hold authorized me to do.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this
