unto W.R. Thomas of Alachua County, Florida, party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of twenty eight & 95/100 Dollars to it paid by the party
of the second part, at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and quit
claimed and by these presents does bargain, grant,
sell and quit claim unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, the following
described lands, situated lying and being in Alachua
County, Florida, particularly known and described as
follows, to-wit:
Lots 14 and 15, block "B", in the west half of block
five, of Brown's Addition to the City of Gainesville,
being in Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) south of range
twenty (20) east. Containing by estimation -- acres of land,
more or less. Together with the tenements, appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold unto the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. In
Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has
by its president signed its corporate name hereunto,
attested by the secretary, and the corporate seal thereof
is hereunto affixed.
