This Indenture, made and entered into this 15th day
of June A.D. 1912, between E.E. Cannon and his wife
S.F. Cannon of Alachua County, Florida, parties of the
first part, and J.W. Patton of Alachua County, Florida,
party of the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
dollars, and other valuable considerations, to them in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sued, transferred
and conveyed unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, that certain lot, tract or parcel of
land situated in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
South East Quarter (SE 4) of section 12 in Township 11
South 17 East containing 160 acres of land to have
and to hold the same unto the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, together with all and
singular, the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining and the said parties of the first part
covenant and agree to and with the party of the
second part that they will defend the title to said
land against the lawful claims and demands
of their executors, administrations and assigns, and
all persons claiming the same by, through or under
the said parties of the first part.
