persons described in and who executed the within
deed and each severally acknowledged before me
that they executed the same for the purpose therein
expressed, and the said S.F. Cannon wife of the said
E.E. Cannon, whom an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge before me that she executed said
deed freely and voluntarily and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.

a corporation, of the County of Alachua and
State of Fla, parties of the first part, and J.T.
Manning of the County of Alachua and State
of Fla, party of the second part, witnesseth,
that the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and
other valuable consideration Dollars, to them in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have granted, bargained, sued and trans-
ferred, and by these presents do the grant, bar-
gain, sell and transfer unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs and assigns for-
