said lot described as follows. Starting forty five
feet from north west corner of lot 2 in block
22 in town of Newberry Fla, running west fifty
feet thence south one hundred and thirty five
feet, thence east fifty feet thence north one
hundred and thirty five feet, to point of begin-
ning, said lot is in Hodges Addition to Newberry
Fla. Together with all the Tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title,
interest and estate, dower and right of dower, re-
version, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold
the same in fee simply forever and the said part-
ies of the first part do covenant with the said party
of the second part that they lawfully seized of the
said premises, that they are free from all incum-
brances and that they have good right and lawful
authority to sell the same; and the said party of
the first part does hereby freely warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
