release and quitclaim unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, buying
and being in the County of Alachua, and State of Flor-
ida, to-wit: N1/2 of SE1/4 of SE1/4 and SW1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4
of section 14, in Township 9 south, Range 21 East, in the
Arredondo Grant, containing thirty (30) acres more or less,
The same having been omitted by mistake from the deed
of above grantors to Charles Eddy and Hattie M. Eddy,
(Deed Book 57, page 194), who conveyed to Jacob Pflederer,
(Deed Book 76, page 377), the grantor of Daniel L. Pflederer
(Deed Book 84, Page 480), and said mistake having been
repeated in the other deeds above mentioned, and this
deed is made for the purpose of correcting said mis-
take and vesting in said Daniel L. Pflederer the title
to the land above described. To have and to hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behalf of the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
