convey unto her the said Mrs. H.V. Lynn, and to her
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot, piece,
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the Moses E. Levy Grant of Twenty Thousand acres
in Alachua County Florida, and particularly known
and described as that portion of the lot number Three (3)
of the said Moses E. Levy Grant, founded by a line
beginning at the South West corner of said lot number
Three (3) as said corner is established by W.C. Miller,
C.E. and running thence North Four (4) degrees and
forty five minutes East sixteen (16) chains and fifty
nine (59) miles to a state on the margin of Paynes
Prairie; thence south sixty two degrees, fifty (50) min-
utes East eighteen (18) chains and Twenty two (22) links
to a stake; thence south forty six 46 degrees and twen-
ty (20) minutes East fifteen (15) chains and forty
(40) links to a stake; thence north eighty five (85) de-
grees and fifteen (15) minutes west twenty eight (28)
chains and seventy six (76) links to the point of be-
ginning containing by estimation 27 and 08 / Co acres
of land, more or less and being the same land which
the Florida land and colonization company, hereto-
fore on the 21st, day of May, A.D. 1884, sued and
conveyed to Mrs. Margaret Findley, which said
deed of conveyance is duly recorded in Deed Book
"S" at pages 583,-584 and 585 of the Public Records
of Alachua County Florida. Excepting from the
above two and one fourth (2 1/4) acres heretofore on
the fifth day of July A.D. 1884, sold and conveyed
by the said Mrs. Margaret Findley to K.B. Martin,
off of the Eastern corner of the above described land
and being particularly known and described as
follows to-wit: Beginning at the Eastern corner
of said above described land, and run West Thirty
two rods and twenty one (21) links, then north
twenty two (22) rods; then south east twenty nine
(29) rods and eight (8) links to the point of begin-
ning, which said Deed of Conveyance is duly
recorded in Deed Book "R" at page 380 of the Alachua
County Florida Public Records) containing by estimation
