Twenty-Four and 83/Co acres of land herein and here-
by being conveyed. Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to hold the same unto be the said Mrs. H.V.
Lynn, and to her heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, in fee simple absolute and we, the
said Walter M. Findley, Don C. Findley, William
H. Findley and Mae Findley, the wife of the said
Don C. Findley, do hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said Mrs. H.V. Lynn, that we are law-
fully seized in fee of the property herein and here-
by conveyed, and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; and that
the same is free from all incumbrances of any
kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs,
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto her the said
Mrs. H.V. Lynn, and to her heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns, against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever,
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

and affixed our seals on this 18th day or March
