Mae Findley, the wife of the said Don C. Findley,
the grantors in the foregoing conveyance and, to me well
known as the identical persons described in and who
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to Mrs.
H.V. Lynn, and who acknowledged that they ex-
ecuted, signed, sealed and delivered the said deed
for the uses and purposes therein contained and ex-
pressed; and the said Mae Findley, the wife of the
said Don C. Findley, whom a separate and private
examination, made separate and apart from her hus-
band the said Don C. Findley, acknowledged before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and re-
nouncing all her right of dower in and to the
land in said deed described; and that said relin-
quishment and renunciation of dower was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily, and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of, or
from her said husband.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
official seal in the city of Cleveland, State and County
aforesaid, on this 18th day of March, A.D. 1912

to me well known as the identical person described
