 This Indenture, Entered into between Charles H. Lloyd
and his wife Sara Harris Lloyd, the latter writing
herein for the purpose of conveying and relinquishing
her right of dower and all other interest in and to the
property hereinafter conveyed, of Ocala, Florida, parties
of the first part, and Mc Dowall, Lloyd Company, a
Corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
of Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, party of the
second part, Witnesseth: That the parties of the first part
in consideration of the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($ 10000.00)
paid to them by the party of the second part, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, and undivided one-third interest in and to
the lands and property hereinafter described, to-wit: all
that forty acres of land designated as the North-West
Quarter of North-West Quarter of Section Eight (8), Town-
ship Twelve (12) South, Range Eighteen (18) East,
in the County of Levy State of Florida, Together
