This indenture made the 20th day of June, A.D. 1912,
between Frances D. Sapp, Guardian of Vernie Holt
and William Irwin Holt, minor children of W.C.
Holt, deceased and grandchildren of Joel Holt, deceased,
party of the first part, and J.F. Ruff, S.P. Getzen & J.C.
Long of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said Frances
D. Sapp, Guardian as aforesaid, having on the 31 day
of May, 1912, by petition applied to the Judge of the
County Judge's Court in and for Alachua County, Florida
for authority to sell certain real estate, the property of
said minors, lying and being in Alachua County,
Florida, and more particularly hereinafter described.
And the prayer in said petition having appeared
to said Judge to be reasonable and first and to the
best interests of said minors, and the Court being
satisfied of the expediency of such sale, having
made an Order on the 15th day of June, 1912, direct-
ing the said Guardian to sell the said real estate
at private sale, and thereupon the said Guardian
having contracted to sell the said real estate to
the said party of the second part for the sum of
Fifty Dollars cash. And the said Guardian having
reported said contract to the Court and the Court
being fully advised in the premises and satisfield
that the price offered for said real estate was fair
and reasonable and that the conditions of such sale
was such as the interests of said minors required,
having by Order dated the 20th day of June, 1912,
satisfied and confirmed said contract of sale, and
ordered the said Guardian to make deed to the
said party of the second part of the real estate |
