the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bar-
gained, sold and transferred, and by these presents
do bargain, sell and transfer unto the said parties
of the second part and their heirs and assigns forever,
all that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
N2 of SE 4 (north half of the South East quarter) of
Sec eighteen (18) Tp eight (8) South of Range 22 East
of Tallahassee meridian in Fla containing eighty one
and five hundredths (81 5/100) acres together with all
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every privilege, right, title, interest and state, dower
and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining: To have
and to hold the same in fee simple forever, and the
said parties of the first part do covenant with the
said parties of the second part that they have lawfully
seized of the said premises, that they are free from
all incumbrances and that they have good right and
lawful authority to sell the same; and that they
will warrant and defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons.
