Now, Therefore, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of Ninety three and 35/100 Dollars, lawful 
money of the United States of America, to him in hand
paid, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, by the party of the second part, the receipt

hereto, as Administrator aforesaid, has granted, bargained,
sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs
and asigns forever, all that certain lot, tract and parcel
of land situate, lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, known and described
as follows, to-wit: Commence fifty feet south of the
Northeast corner of Block twenty five (25) of Brushes
Addition to Gainesville, Florida, and run south one
hundred feet, thence west one hundred and fifty feet.

the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to
hold the same, the above-described and hereby-granted
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party
of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns,
to her own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant to and with the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things
in and about said sale and this conveyance he
hath conformed to the orders of the Court and the
Statutes in such case made and provided.
