Before me, an officer authorized to take acknowledg-
ments, personally appeared T.F. Thomas well known
to me, and known to me as the individual describ-
ed in and who executed the foregoing deed of con-
veyance, and acknowledged that he executed the
foregoing deed, as administrator aforesaid, for the
purposes therein expressed.

This Indenture, Made this 21st day of June A.D. 1912,
between W.H. Sibley and wife Mary V. Sibley of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and T.M. Forsyth of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part for and in consid-
er of the sum of One No/100 Dollars and other considerations
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part,
and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said parties
of the first part have in and to the following de-
scribed lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit: From
