This Indenture, Made this 5th day of January A.D.
1912 between J.R. Williams and Effie Williams of
the County of Marion in the State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and W.N. Camp & John F. Williams
of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of One dollar & 
other considerations to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and
sold to the said party of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land to-wit:
The South East quarter of Section 3, Township 8 Range
16 East. And the West half of the South West quart-
er of Section 10. Township 8. Range 16 East contain-
ing 240 acres situated in the County of Alachua
& State of Florida. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals this
the 5th day of January A.D. 1912.
