I hereby Certify, That before me personally came J.R.
Williams and Effie M. Williams to me well known
to be the individuals described in and who signed,
sealed and delivered the foregoing instrument and
who acknowledged to me that they signed, sealed
and delivered the foregoing instrument for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and expressed. I Further
Certify, That before me personally appeared Effie M.
Williams to me well known to be the wife of J.R.
Williams and the individual described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument, who being examined
by me separate and apart from her husband, the said
J.R. Williams did acknowledge before me that she
executed the said instrument for the purpose of con-
veying and relinquishing her right of dower, separate
estate and other rights in and to the said property
described in said Deed, and for the purpose therein
expressed, and that she executed the same freely,
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
I Further Certify, That I am a duly commissioned
Notary Public duly authorized to take acknowledge-
ments of instruments of conveyances in Florida, and
that my commission does not expire until the
22nd day of October A.D. 1914.
