separately and part from her said husband, did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to said
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands, tene-
ments and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released, and that she executed said
deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Know All Men by these Presents: That Whereas
upon the application of W.W. Hampton as Admin-
istrator de bonis non with the Will annexed of
and for the Estate of George R. Fairbanks, De-
ceased, an Order was made by Honorable R.M.
Call, Judge of the Circuit Court for the Fourth
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Nassau
County, at Chambers, on May 24th, A.D. 1910,
authorizing and empowering the said W.W.
Hampton as Administrator as aforesaid, to sell
at private sale the property hereinafter described,
and Whereas afterwards, to-wit: On the 24th.
day of May A.D. 1912, the said W.W. Hampton
as Administrator as aforesaid, filed with, and
presented to the Hon. R.M. Call, Judge of the
Circuit Court for the Fourth Judicial Circuit
of Florida in and for Nassau County, at
Chambers, his Report that he had made private
sale under said Decree of the 24th. of May,
