James G. Glass of Anniston, Alabama, at and for
the sum of Fifty ($ 50.00) Dollars; and Whereas on
the 24th day of May, A.D. 1912, the Hon. R.M.
Call, Judge of the Circuit Court for the Fourth
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Nassau
County, made and rendered an Order or Decree,
confirming said sale and directing W.W. Hampton,
Jr., as a Commissioner, to execute a Dee to and
for the said property to the said purchaser, upon
the said purchaser conforming to the said Order
of Sale and the said Order of Confirmation, said
Decree of Confirmation being recorded in the records
of Alachua County, Florida, in Judgment Book 14 
at page 406 on the 27th day of June, A.D. 1912.
And Whereas the said purchaser has conformed
to the said Order of Confirmation and the terms
and conditions of the said sale, and has paid
the purchase price therefor in accordance therewith;
now Therefore, I, W.W. Hampton, Jr., as a Commiss-
ioner, for and in consideration of the premises, and
under and by virtue of the said sale and of the
said Decree of Confirmation, have granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
convey and confirm unto the said James G.
Glass and his heirs and assigns forever, all
of that certain lot, tract, piece or parcel of land,
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, in the State of Florida, and particular-
ly known, distinguished and described as follows,
to-wit - Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section
Fourteen (14), in Township Nine (9), South of
Range Twenty-one (21) East, and containing
by estimation Ten (10) acres of land more or less.
Together with all and singular the rights, ten-
ements, hereditaments and appurtenances, to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the above granted and de-
scribed property, and every part and parcel there-
