of, which section is hereto attached, does hereby nom-
inate, constitute and appoint Wm. Wade Hampton,
Wm. Wade Hampton, Jr., and H.E. Taylor, all of the
City of Gainesville, State of Florida, its true and
lawful agents and attorneys-in-fact, to make execute,
seal and deliver for and on its behalf as surety, and
as its act and deed bonds or undertakings of suretyship
in penalties not exceeding the sum of one hundred
thousand dollars ($ 100,000) each for Executors, Adminis-
trators, Receivers, Assignees and Commissioners for the
sale of property required to be given by Order or Decree
of any Court of the State of Florida, or in the United
States Circuit or District Courts for said State, and for
Trustees and Receivers in Bankruptcy proceedings under
the Bankrupt Act of the United States. Such bonds to
be signed for the Company by either said Wm. Wade
Hampton or Wm. Wade Hampton, Jr., as Attorney-in-
fact, and attested, as Agent, and the seal of the
Company affixed by said H.E. Taylor, and the ex-
ecution of such bonds or undertakings in pursu-
ance of these presents, shall be as binding upon
said Company, as fully and amply, to all intents
and purposes, as if they had been duly executed
and acknowledged by the regularly elected officers
of the Company at its office in Baltimore, Mary-
land, in their own proper persons.
In Witness Whereof, the said, John H. Wight, Vice
President, and R.W. Worthington, Assistant Secretary,
have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed
the Corporate seal of the said Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland, this 25rd day of June, 1912.
