        To              }  Quit Claim Deed.

This Indenture, Made this 24 day of June, A.D. 1912,
between John M. Carlisle and W.R. Mc Kinstry at Carlisles Estate
of the County of Alachua and State of Fla, parties of the
first part, and S.H. Wienges of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, part of the second part. Witness-
eth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Thirty # -- Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and Quit-Claim unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, and to heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said parties of the first part have in and to
the following described lots, piece or parcel of land,
to-wit: Block Three Range Twenty and Block Five
Range Five Elliott & L Engles Addition to Gainesville
being in section 33 Tp 9 R 20 To have and to hold
the same, together with all and singular the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hand and seals the
day and year first above written.
