has bargained, sold, transferred and conveyed unto
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated
in Alachua County, Florida to-wit:
Commencing ninety five (95) feet North of the South
West corner of Lot 16 Block 5 Range 1 of Roper's Addition
to the Town (now city) of Gainesville, run thence North
47 feet & 6 inches, thence East 133 feet, thence South
47 feet & 6 inches thence West 133 to point of beginning,
same being fractional part of lot 16 & adjoins grantee
Where he now lives on South & known as the Daniel
Hagood lot To have and to hold the same unto the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, together
with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining. And the said parties of the first part covenant
and agree to and with the party of the second part that
they will defend the title to said land against the law-
ful claim and demands of their executors, administra-
tors and assigns, and all persons claiming the same
by, through or under the said parties of the first part.
