This indenture, Made this 15th day of June 1912
between J.W. Patton and wife J.F. Patton of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the first
part and M. Venable of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida party of the second part, Witness-
eth: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten 10- dollars, to
them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, the following described
lots, pieces, parcel or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
South East Quarter (SE4) of Section 12 in Township
11 south of 17 East containing 160 acres of land.
To have and to hold the above described premises,
together with all and singular the tenements,
the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto
him the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
