 Before me personally appeared J.W. Patton and
J.I. Patton his wife, to me well known as the
persons described in and who executed the above
and foregoing deed of conveyance and each severally
acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses,
and purposes therein set forth and contained, and
the said Mrs. J.F. Patton the wife of the said
J.W. Patton upon an examination taken and
made by mem separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge before me that she
made herself a party to said deed and executed
the same freely and voluntarily and without
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband.
