edged, have remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said parties of the second part,
and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the follow-
ing described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
Beginning at the N.W. corner of Block 13, Brown's
Addition to Gainesville, run south 236 ft., east
315 ft., North 233 ft., West 315 ft., to the point of
beginning. To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise thereunto appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said parties of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.
