This Indenture, Made this Third day of July A.D.
1912, between Chas. A. Colclough and Wife, of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of
the first part, and J.H. Vidal of the County of Ala-
chua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part.
for and in consideration of the sum of One No/100
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edge, have remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, in-
terest, claim and demand which the said parties
of the first part have in and to the following describ-
ed lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit: Commence at
1/2 mile stake on section line dividing section 14 & 15 Tp
10 R 19 E. run East 15 50/100 chains Then south 2 24/100 chains
to a stake at the North East Corner of C.A. Colclough
land (Formerly the lot of Bonbora Roberts) the point of
beginning of land hereby conveyed. Run East - 7 90/100 chains
