Then north 20 50/100 chains to beg, point (Less 10 acres sold
to Geo. W. White in DBk> Folio 12 > also comce at South east
cor of land above described run across R.R. to a stake
in Gary Grant line then south 48* West 9 chains then
north 28 chains to R.R. then N.60* East 8 10/100 chains
to a stake on E line this lot & point of beginning.
To have and to hold the same, together with all
and singular, the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behalf of the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof, the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hand and seals the day
and year first above written.

I hereby Certify, That on this third day of July, 1912
before me, personally appeared Chas. A. Colclough and
O. Colclough, his wife, to me known to be the persons
described in, and who executed the foregoing instrument,
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned; and the said O. Colclough, the wife
of the said C.A. Colclough, on and examination taken
and made separately and part from her said husband
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relin-
quishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to
the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein de-
scribed and thereby granted and released, and that
she executed said deed freely and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
