This Warranty Deed of Conveyance, Executed this 10th day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and eleven by and between A.B. Wilder
and Nancy Wilder his wife parties of the first part,
and J.B. Hart party of the second part, Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Four hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these pres-
ents do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs, that certain property in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as fol-
lows: Beginning thirty (30) Rods East of the North West
corner of the south east Quarter of the North East Quarter
of section thirty (30), Township Nine (9) Range Seventeen
(17) and running south eighty rods thence west thirty
rods thence North eighty rods thence East Thirty Rods
to point of beginning. Containing by estimation
Fifteen acres of land. Together with all and sing-
ular the lands tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertain-
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, homestead,
dower and right of dower, separate estate, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, at law
and in equity, either and both, of the said parties
of the first part, of, in and to the same, and every
part and parcel thereof; To have and to hold the
above described premises, each and every, unto the
said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns, in fee simple, absolute, indefeasibly, for-
ever. And the said parties of the first part, for
them and their heirs, executors and administrators
