Alex Merrick George Young Chas Pelham as Trustees of
Philonatheon Lodge #162 F.A & M. and their successors - office
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, parties
of the first part and Tom Payne of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Five $ 5 00/100 Dollars, to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs,
and assigns forever, the following described land, to wit:
Beginning at a stake 3/6 feet from and southerly of the N.W.
corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 - sec 24, Tp.9, S of range 22
east running thence south 105 feet to a stake, thence east
105 feet to a stake, thence north 105 feet to a stake, thence
west 105 feet to place of beginning. - said tract being-
Alachua Co. Fla. and the said parties of the first part do
hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
