Osceola County. } Know All Men by these Presents,
That, We, Walter F. Mc Kenzie and Florence Mc Kenzie,
his wife, of the aforesaid County and State, for and
in consideration of the sum of Twenty-five ($ 25.00) Dollars
and other good and valuable considerations to us
in hand paid by Giles W. Means of the County
of Alachua, in the State of Florida, the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these Presents
do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him,
the said Giles W. Means, his heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known
and described as follows, to-wit: Two acres of land,
lying and being in the South-west quarter of the
North-east quarter of Section twenty-nine (29) in
township nine (9), South of twenty (20)_East;
and more particularly described as beginning at
the South-west corner of the said North-east quarter
and from said point north four hundred eighteen
(418) feet, thence run east two hundred nine (209)
feet, thence run south four hundred eighteen (418)
feet, thence run west two hundred nine (209) feet
