to the point of beginning, containing by estimation two
(2) acres of land, more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto him, the said
Giles U. Means, and to his heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns in fee simple absolute, and we,
the said Walter F. Mc Kenzie and wife, Florence Mc
Kenzie, do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Giles W. Means, his heirs and assigns,
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that
the same is free from all incumbrances of any
kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs,
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him, the said
Giles W. Means, and to his heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns, against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever.
Now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 8th day of April, A.D. 1912.

Osceola County.       }  I hereby Certify that on 
this 8th day of April, A.D. 1912, before me person-
ally appeared Walter F. Mc Kenzie and Florence
Mc Kenzie, his wife, to me well known as the
persons described in and who executed the foregoiung
Warranty Deed, and severally acknowledged the execu-
tion thereof to be their free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned, and the said
Florence Mc Kenzie, the wife of the said Walter I.
Mc Kenzie, on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge before me that she made herself a party
