to the said conveyance and executed the same for
the purpose of releasing and relinquishing and
renouncing all her right of dower in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments in said Deed
described and thereby granted and released, and that
such relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Entered into between J.W. Mc Dowall
and Rose S. Mc Dowall, his wife, the latter uniting
herein for the purpose of conveying and relinquish-
ing her right of dower and all other interest
in and to the property hereinafter conveyed,
parties of the first part, and Mc Dowall, Lloyd
Co., A Corporation organized and existing under
the laws of The State of Florida, party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen
Thousand ($ 15,000.00) Dollars, paid to them by
the party of the second part, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargain-
ed and sold to the said party of the second
part, their heirs and assigns, are undivided one
half interest in and to the lands and property
hereinafter described, to wit.
