This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 9th day
of July A.D. 1912, between W.S. Broome and his
wife Maymie F. Broome of Alachua County, Florida,
parties of the first part, and Jane Clark (Widow) of
Alachua County, Florida, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy five
dollars, and other valuable considerations, to them
in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargain-
ed, sold, transferred and conveyed unto the party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated
in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: The south
half and North West quarter of Lot 21 in Sec. 28
Tp 9 R 19 Rutledge containing 7 1/2 acres of land
more or less. To have and to hold the same unto
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
together with all and singular, the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining. And the said parties of
