This Indenture, Made this 22 day of January A.D. 1912
Between Eva M. Priest spinster of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, party of the first part, and Fanny
C. Hilton of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one
00/100 Dollars, to her in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, to-wit: Com. on the S.E. cor. of lot 28- run
thence along Bellamy Avenue west for 25 feet, thence Northly
for 150 feet to Park Street, thence east along Park Street
25 feet, thence south 150 feet to place of beginning-as
shown on the map of town of Melrose Fla and the said
party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In Witness
