This Deed, Made the 29th day of June A.D. 1912
by Nettie Huffman and C.P. Huffman, her hus-
band hereinafter called the grantors, to-Estelle B. Coward
hereinafter called the grantee, Witnesseth, That the said
grantors, in consideration of Six hundred 00/100 Dollars-
$ 600 00/100 Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said grantee and
her heirs and assigns, in fee simple, the lands sit-
uate in Alachua County, State of Florida, described
as follows: Beginning at a stake in the middle
of Bellamy Road on the West side of Quaid Street,
running thence North one hundred and fifty (150)
feet to a stake, thence West one hundred and sixty
five (165) feet to a stake, thence South one hundred
and fifty (150) feet to the middle of Bellamy Road,
