Know All Men by these Presents: That I, Mrs.
M.E. Miller of the County of Alachua State of
Florida held and firmly bound unto Joe Duncan
of the County of Alachua State of Florida, in the
sum of One hundred seventy five dollars, for the
payment whereof well and truly to be made I
find myself, my heirs, executors and adminis-
trators firmly by these presents. Signed and sealed
this 12th day of July, A.D. 1912. The condition of
the above obligation is such that whereas the said
Mrs. M.E. Miller has this day bargained and sold
to the said Joe Duncan the following described
property, lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida: All of Lot Number Three (3)
of Section Twenty Eight (28) of Township Ten (10)
S. of Range Nineteen (19) East and in considera-
tion thereof, the said Joe Duncan has executed
two certain promissory notes of even date herewith,
one note for $ 90.00 payable on or before two years
after date with interest from date at 8% and one
note for $ 85.00 payable on or before one year after
date with interest from date at 8% said notes
payable to Mrs. M.E. Miller and signed by Joe
Duncan, by his mark now, if the said Joe Dun-
can shall well and truly pay the said prom-
issory notes, with interest as stated therein, and
shall pay all taxes and insurance upon the
within-described property, into the possession
of which from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed
he shall enter and continue, then the said
Mrs. M.E. Miller shall execute a deed in fee
simple to the said Joe Duncan for the afore-
